The definition of a storm is listed as a disturbed agitated state or a sudden influx or onset among other examples. The government shutdown could be considered a catalyst for these conditions that have impacted many in various ways.
Raging is defined as causing great pain or distress. The sudden uncertainties concerning finances and employment is not a comfortable position to be in even for a short term. Not having answers or being in control of daily responsibilities is very unnerving.

The Storm is Raging and is causing many to wonder if faith is enough to weather this kind of storm. Financial responsibilities continue to accumulate while incomes are on hold. How can faith stay strong while the lack of control appears to be getting out of control? Can Faith prevent evictions, repossessions, and disconnects? Can faith feed hungry children and medicate the sick?

Questions about faith and how it can remain strong during difficult times are not uncommon. Reality and fear of the unknown are on the minds of many regardless of the faith level. Faith is defined as belief and trust in and loyalty to God. In addition, faith is having complete trust and without question.

The answers to questions about what can stop the impacts of the government shutdowns rest with your unwavering faith that God will make a way out of no way.

Matthew 21:22  (ESV) And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
Luke 1:3-7  (ESV)

For nothing will be impossible with God.

Proverbs 3:5-6 ( ESV)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Is your faith strong  enough to Trust Your Faith?
