Every day is the first day of the rest of your life and the last day of your past. It is never too late to make better lifestyle choices for yourself. When you make the choice to change, your desires to do the same things expecting different results should decrease and your focus on new things should increase to produce different results. Your new beginnings start with the decision to change.
