Getting married requires more than saying ” I Do ” but should also include” I will”. The mental state of each individual should be adjusted to pleasing the other and making whatever adjustments in behavior necessary to ensure a successful, unselfish union.

The attitude going into a marriage is either what you will get out of it or what you can put into it. Most individuals look at what a union can do for themselves. Companionship, financial security, social status and much more. The reality should be balanced to reflect what is also going to be contributed. You get out of it what you are willing to put into it.

1 Corinthians 13:7  (NKJV)

bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
